Cavit Sciences, Inc. (“Cavit”) was formed in April 2006 to market its patented drug rights to major pharmaceutical companies.   We chose the name Cavit Sciences, Inc. based on “Cavit” as an acronym for cancer and viral infection treatment.  Cavit is a Bulletin Board reporting company with the ticker symbol “CVIT.”

Cavit currently owns twelve (12) patent applications and numerous trademark applications.  They have recently been augmented with amendments and continuations in part.  The patent applications relate to compositions and methods for the prevention and treatment of cancers, viral infections, opportunistic infections, deficiencies to the immune system and related diseases.

Cavit has finalized development its supplement line and will introduce new products as they are manufactured.  The core products in Cavit’s supplement lines will enhance and improve the prostate, maintain and support the cardiovascular system, and beneficially effect arthritis and osteoporosis along with a host of other specific ailments affecting the Baby Boomers

Drug Division    

Major drug companies are interested in drugs that are safe and effective in treating and preventing certain indications and conditions, have secure intellectual property rights and have an available source and supply of the underlying composition.  Cavit's Board of Directors has decided to focus on, and to pursue, the best course of action in the interest of patients and shareholders.  Testing performed on certain drugs has resulted in patent applications and numerous intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by Cavit.  We intend to have a third party manufacture, per U.S. FDA specifications, one of the drugs we tested and to file for U.S. FDA approval for certain cancer and/or viral infection indications.  In addition to the current utility rights we own, Cavit will have a source and control of the drug.  Due to the safety and effectiveness of the drug's use within and outside the U.S. , Cavit intends to apply for fast track (priority) approval by the U. S. FD.    

Cavit has recently completed the filing of continuations-in-part with the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") relating to the following two patent applications: 1) Compositions and Methods for Inhibition of Cancers and Therapeutic Treatment of Diseases or Disorders Caused by Cancers and 2) Compositions and Methods for Inhibition of Viral Infections and Therapeutic Treatment of Diseases or Disorders caused by Viral Infections.  As a result of ongoing research by Cavit's team and outside scientists and researchers, Cavit has augmented its rights with additional compounds and additional indications.

 In addition to the previous compounds of Tubercin, SSM and derivatives thereof, we have added 19 compounds to both of our applications, due to their proven results in treating cancers, viral infections and related diseases.  The compounds may be used alone or in combination therapy. The compounds may be homeopathic and/or holistic preparations and act as immunomodulators, which increase the efficiency of the immune system.

Based on the testing results of the above compounds, numerous additional indications have been added to both of our applications.  These indications include the treatment of bacterial diseases, opportunistic infections and radiation therapy induced leucopenia.  Also included are avian influenza (bird flu), MRSA, SIRS, SARS, BSE (sometimes referred to as "mad cow disease") and various Staph infections.
