Delray Beach, FL, June 28, 2007 - Cavit Sciences, Inc. (“Cavit”) (OTCBB: CVIT) today announced the securing of its intellectual property rights in major countries throughout the world.

Cavit has recently completed the National Phase Application filings for its International PCT Application entitled \"Compositions and Methods for Treatment of Viral Infections\". In addition to the U.S., Cavit has secured its rights in the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, Europe, Japan and Korea.

We will continue to add to our intellectual property rights as we aggressively advance treatments in a rapid and cost-effective manner. We are working towards the goal of having treatments available to patients and individuals for the prevention and treatment of diseases in the U.S. and worldwide.
